Alunio is operated by Louis-François Geoffrion. Alunio Ltd is being incorporated in England and Wales and, on incorporation, will become the data controller. In this policy “Alunio”, “we” and “us” mean that business.

What We Collect

We collect the following personal and transactional data when you use Alunio:

• Full name, email address, and agency name (account registration)
• Property transaction data you enter: addresses, sale prices, milestone dates, and details of the parties involved in each transaction

You enter personal data about third parties such as buyers, sellers, solicitors and brokers. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor.

How We Use It

• Providing the Alunio deal progression service, including milestone tracking and chain risk scoring.
• Generating AI chase email drafts. When this feature is enabled for your account, the transaction context needed for the draft is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes it only to return the draft and does not use it to train its models.
• Sending you service emails such as account notifications and, where enabled, daily briefs.

Legal Basis

• Contract performance (Art 6(1)(b) UK GDPR): processing your account and transaction data to deliver the service you have contracted for.
• Legitimate interests (Art 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): keeping the service secure and reliable, where our interest does not override your rights.

Third Party Processors

We use the following processors under data processing agreements. A processor only receives your data when the feature it supports is active for your account.

If we add a processor, we will update this list before any of your data is shared with it.

Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months following termination, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active and is then deleted or returned, except where your agency instructs us to retain it for its own legal record keeping.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where no overriding legal obligation applies
• Restriction of processing in certain circumstances
• Data portability in a machine readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
