What We Use

Alunio uses a minimal set of browser storage: secure cookies to keep you signed in (necessary), and, where product analytics are enabled, optional analytics from PostHog that run only after you give explicit consent.

Necessary Cookies

Supabase sets secure, HttpOnly cookies prefixed sb-* to keep you authenticated. Because they are HttpOnly, they cannot be read by JavaScript.

• Purpose: keeping you logged in between page loads
• Content: your session only, no other personal data
• Cannot be disabled: removing them will log you out

Analytics (Optional)

PostHog is loaded with capturing switched off by default. It captures nothing and sets no analytics cookies until you click “Accept” on the consent banner. If you decline, it stays off.

• Once accepted, stores keys prefixed ph_* (localStorage and a cookie)
• Tracks: page views, feature usage, session duration
• You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser

No Advertising Cookies

We do not use any advertising, retargeting, or third party tracking cookies. No data is shared with ad networks.
